Vacancy Summary

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Lead the Talent Management process for Europe, liaising closely with the HR Director and European Senior Managers
* Ensure high potentials are identified and developed throughout Europe
* Drive and lead on career development and development planning
* Provide hands on coaching to senior managers on talent management activities and processes
* Have direct line management responsibility for the Talent Manager UK and Talent Manager Europe.
* Have experience of situational leadership

To be successful in your application you will have gained previous experience operating in a European Talent capacity. A second language would be advantageous.

There will be global travel with this position, particularly in the first few months.
